Join us on Pentecost Sunday, May 11, for a celebration of the Holy Spirit and the birth of the Christian Church. Be sure to wear red on this Sunday in celebration of the Spirit of God.

As we gather, we will discover the the roots of Pentecost and the power it has for God's people. Pentecost started all the way back in the Old Testament, a day when God's people gathered to celebrate God's providence in their lives (Leviticus 23; Feast of Weeks). In the New Testament, God provided his Spirit for His people so they would celebrate the wonders of God in Christ Jesus (Acts 2:1-21). Today we celebrate the wonders of God in our lives through Christ our Lord.

Join us on Trinity Sunday, May 18, as we celebrate our great and gracious God...Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The concept of God as a Holy Trinity is a hard concept for us to wrap our minds around. The truth is that our finite minds cannot totally grasp an infinite God. In today's message, based on Colossians 1:15-23, we'll descover how we can get a better handle on how to understand our awesome and amazing God.

Each summer at Redeemer, we offer a series of sermons that gets us "back to the basics." This year we will focus our attention on the stories that Jesus told. The parables of Jesus are earthly stories will eternal implications. We'll take a close look at these powerful stories from the lips and heart of our Lord in a series entitled, "Once Upon a Parable."
